He's a New Man!!

Wayne has lost 45 pounds!! I am so proud of him. He had some shirts that have been in our closet that he called his "goal" shirts. He said he would know he had met his goal when they fit. He also came out the other night modeling his baseball uniform from high school. I mentioned once that I liked his butt in them. They fit but the farmers tan was making me laugh so hard. As soon as I can get him to pose for a picture I will do a before and after shot.

Malies Hair Donation

Malie has been growing her hair out for a few years so that she could donate it to be made into a wig for cancer patients. We finally got it long enough that it could be donated. We were going to use Locks of Love but they charge a fee for their wigs. I did some research and found that Pantene also does it but they give them away for free. Malie was so excited to finally cut it.

Aunt Alisha came over to do it. Pantene only wanted 8 inches so we were able to leave it longer than we thought.

After it was cut we mailed it off. They said it takes 6 hair donations to make 1 wig. If you know of anyone who is cutting their hair you might want to let them know about this.

Alisha styled it after and she looked so much older with it short. Thanks Alisha for the help and the cute hair!!
