Madduxs First Summer Buzz

This is Maddux's first buzz cut. He needed a hair cut so we decided to just take it all off for summer.

Averies 5th Birthday

Averies had her 5th last month. The water party had to be moved inside because it started raining right before. I can't believe she is starting kindergarten this year. It will be so weird to have her and Malie with me in the mornings and after school.

This year she got a new bike for her birthday. Her grandma Harris gave her a basket and a bell to go with it. She is still a little nervous to ride it because it is so much bigger then her old bike.

Dance Recital

Lets just say we were totally unprepared for this dance recital. When we got there we realized that the batteries were dying on the video camera and on the camera. We were able to take a few pictures of each dance and film a little and then we were done.
We had crappy seats so I had to really zoom in to get the pictures so now they are blurry. It was just a bad night, better luck next year I hope

Disneyland FINALLY!!

I am finally posting some of our California/Disneyland pictures. (I know Crystal it has taken me long enough). There are a lot of pictures and I am having a hard time getting the words and pictures to match. It looks like they are and then I post them and they don't so you will have to use your imagination.
Each night Mickey and Minnie would leave the kids a prize and a note telling them what they would be doing the next day.

We ate lunch at Arial Grotto and had their picture taken with all the princess.

Maddux was so funny. He would give them a hug and Wayne kept telling him to give them a kiss. He would get so shy every time they would come to our table.

At California adventure they took Malie and she was in the High School Musical Parade. She got to dance with the people in the parade.

This is the girls getting ready for the princesses. I took them to the princess store inside the castle and let them pick out some princess stuff to wear.

One night after a long day in Disneyland we came back to the room and ate pizza by the pool and let them swim.

Maddux was getting pretty brave in his life jacket.

There is nothing like ice cream from the Disneyland ice cream store inside a waffle cone.

Outside California Adventure

Watching the fireworks at night. Our friends Dustin and Brandi and their little boy Brody met us for the day on their way to San Diego.

This is what happens when you let your kids pick something off the cart while waiting for the fireworks to start. The girls picked light up bubble blowers and Maddux picked a Mickey light up sword.
