Birthday ideas???

Averie is turning 4 in a few weeks and I need some cute birthday ideas. I know a lot of you have girls so I am begging PLEASE GIVE ME IDEAS!! I am tired of the same old party.

Maddux update

We took Maddux to the Ear, nose, throat Dr. last week and he said he wanted to wait and see if his tonsils keep swelling up. They went down and now they are swollen again. I called and he put him on an antibiotic. I don't know what to do! He cries a lot and won't eat so then he cries more because he is hungry. I am glad it's summer so I can deal with this because I would feel really bad taking him to the babysitter.

Surgery at 2?

Well it looks like Maddux needs his tonsils out. He has been gagging and not eating so I checked them and they are huge!! So we go to see a specialist in a few days and we will see what they say. It freaks me out to think that he will have to have surgery. Anyone ever heard of someone this young?

Happy Birthday Maddux

This is our crazy Mad Man! He is wearing his PJ's and his sisters bike helmet. His dad didn't like him riding Averie's old pink bike so he custom made it into a trike dirt bike.

Maddux was born May 9, 2007. The girls were so excited to see him. I was really nervous because I didn't know what to do with a baby boy. Averie was almost 3 and Malie was almost 5.

This is my favorite picture of him with his red curly hair. It's not curly anymore but still just as red.

We took these pictures over Labor day in Parowan. I almost used this for our Christmas card just because it was perfect of the kids. Malie trying to keep Maddux calm and smile, and Averie was mad and refused to smile that whole day. Maddux was so chubby. Look at those legs.

This is him at Hogle Zoo last summer. He loved the animals and has such an easy and fun personality but if you make him mad watch out because his red head temper will get you.

We love you Maddux. You are such a joy.
